Refund policy
***CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF SHIPPING TO RETURN ITEM***
***ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE PRODUCTS***
***ANY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF IN STORE CREDIT.***
1. Skates/ Rollerblades/ In-line Skates:
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY SKATES/ ROLLERBLADES/ IN-LINE SKATES. ALL SALES FINAL.
2. Clothing (ie: Sweatshirts, t-shirts, beanies, socks, sweatpants, hats, tank tops, hoodies):
We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any item if we believe that the item in question has been worn, washed, staind, has visible signs of damage (torn, holes, rips, snags, or cuts), smells of unpleasant odor, or is stretched out or shrunk. If you have done none of these things and simply need a different size, we will gladly exchange the item for you.
3. Helmets and pads (Ennui elite helmet, shin guards, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and crash pant):
Try on before you skate in them and see if they fit. If you did not sweat in them, stain them, damage, or dirty them, we will gladly exchange for a different size.
4. Wheels/ bearings/ spacers:
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY AND ALL WHEELS/ BEARINGS/ SPACERS. ONCE YOU SKATE THEM, THEY ARE YOURS. ALL SALES FINAL.
5. Bearing cleaning products and lubricants/ oils:
Once you puncture or remove the seal on the container, it is yours and is no longer able to be returned or exchanged.
6. Replacement parts (ie: cuffs, frames, soul plates, laces, frame bolts, axel bolts, cuff bolts, buckles, and 45 straps):
ONCE YOU’VE SKATED THEM, YOU OWN THEM. No returns/ refunds/ or exchanges. That mark or scrape you just put on it is your signature that you just agreed that you can not return it.
7. Liners:
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY LINERS. ALL SALES FINAL.
